Build relationships with attendees who are seeking products and experiences that celebrate love, community, and diversity.
What We’re Looking For: Whether you’re offering handcrafted goods, artwork, personal services, financial services, wellness products, or something new and exciting, we invite you to apply. Our vendor spaces are curated to ensure a vibrant and diverse marketplace.
Additional Info: All vendors will be setup up in our Community Expo Hall, a space where attendees can connect, relax, flirt, collaborate, and connect with vendors and community organizations. The hall will be open on Saturday, November 7th from 9am-8:30pm and Sunday, November 8th from 9am-1:30pm. Vendors are not required to have their booth set up for the entire time and are welcome to organize their hours as they choose, however the space will be available to all attendees during those hours.
Vending space can be used by one single vendor, or split between multiple vendors sharing space or time as they choose.
Two Options:
- Traditional Vendor: $100 for an 8' x 8' space with table and chairs provided. The vendor fee provides access to the Community Expo, but not to any of the workshop sessions at the conference.
- Supporting Vendor: $250 for an 8' x 8' space with table and chairs provided. Supporting vendors will be given full access to the conference, be listed as an event sponsor, and can request up to 4 hours from MWLF volunteers to work their booth while they attend conference sessions.

Note: If splitting the vending time or space with others, please select one vendor who will responsible for payment and coordination to fill out the form and mention other vendors in the description.

We would be honored to have you join us at the next SWLF, Spring of 2027, or another one of our conferences listed above. Your contribution would greatly enhance the quality of the conference.
2027 Submissions will open SEPTEMBER 2026.
