Take a movement break with this energizing 55-minute Love Revolution yoga flow. This class combines dynamic movement and meditative breathing to improve mobility and focus, so you sit comfortably, with embodied presence. Think you’re not good at yoga? Not to worry, yoga is for every body and this flow will include accessible options for all practice levels. Wear something you can move in — no fancy pants required! — and bring water. There will be a few mats and blocks available, but bring your own if you’ve got ‘em.

Kimberlee (she/her) is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who has been practicing over 20 years and teaching for more than a decade. Her classes are an invitation to honor yourself, tap into your own inner and outer strength, and cultivate a deep and enduring love for yourself exactly as you are.
