Sometimes you might feel hurt or vulnerable in your relationship(s). It’s not necessarily jealousy or envy, but it’s hard to find a better word for it. Or maybe it is jealousy and you’re just not sure how to process that emotion to move beyond it. It’s easy to tell yourself you “shouldn’t” feel this way. And yet you do (and that’s OK!). Now what?

As a group, we’ll explore the challenging emotions that sometimes come with nonmonogamy in a supportive environment. We’ll connect with our community to validate and learn to move past these feelings. Then we’ll learn to identify, process, and get yourself out of feeling irritable, defensive, and frustrated when things are challenging.

This session teaches you the skills to enhance your conflict management, co-create productive communication with your partners, and increase self-reflection. You’ll leave with more self-awareness, confidence in handling challenging relationship dynamics, and an enhanced ability to thrive in your nonmonogamous relationships.
