We make decisions in our everyday life and typically, without thinking, our values help us decide how to navigate those hard decisions. Deeper understanding and increased confidence in yourself is essential to communication and authenticity in relationships. During this workshop, participants will learn about the concept of individual values and participate in an exercise to help determine their core values. From there, they will dive deeper in what those values mean to them to help develop personal agreements related to their interpersonal relationships. This is an interactive workshop where the individual is the expert on what they decide is important to themselves. There will be a short lecture, time for developing skills through applicable exercises, and will end with peer discussion for interpersonal learning.
