Unbroken Together

A Community Ceremony for Heartache and Healing

Saturday, November 7th

9:00 am

Room: Ballroom A

Heartache is one of the most universal human experiences — and one of the most isolating. This workshop invites participants to engage in the radical act of grieving and healing together. Drawing from indigenous wisdom, the power of the circle, ancestral ways of grieving, and communal ritual ;we will move through grief rather than around it, reconnecting to the ancient knowledge that healing has always been a collective act. Through somatic practice and collective witnessing, we will hold one another in the fullness of our heartbreak and discover what becomes possible on the other side.

Key Takeaways

1.

An understanding of how collective witnessing transforms private heartache into shared healing, and why we were never meant to grieve alone.

2.

Somatic and relational tools for moving grief through the body rather than burying it, drawing on the wisdom of community as a healing modality.

3.

A renewed relationship with heartbreak as a site of transformation, not just loss, but an invitation to deepen self-trust, redefine love, and return to yourself.
