So you want to be polyamorous… but you’d rather stare into a candle for an hour than go to a sex-positive speed dating event. I see you.
This 90-minute interactive workshop is designed for introverts, highly sensitive people, and chronically ill or neurodivergent folks who want to build meaningful polyamorous connections without overextending themselves or performing extroverted ENM culture. Through prompts, small group sharing, and a little loving sarcasm, we’ll explore how overstimulation, fatigue, and social burnout impact our relationships—and how to create spacious, tender, low-drama love in response.
We’ll also get practical: how to meet people (without doom-scrolling dating apps forever), how to have slow-paced relationship escalators, and how kink dynamics might actually help introverts find structured and consensual ways to connect.
This workshop centers disabled QTBIPOC folks, but all are welcome—especially if your idea of a good time is NOT another Google calendar invite.
