Conflict Bowl is a community-based practice for engaging interpersonal conflict through structured, facilitated dialogue. Conflict Bowl emphasizes communication, vulnerability, and collective learning to create space for participants to practice compassionate and accountable ways of relating to one another. Since Conflict Bowl is rooted in abolitionist and transformative justice frameworks, the process helps strengthen community accountability and build skills for navigating difficult conversations with care. During this session, participants will learn about the history, structure, and facilitation practices of Conflict Bowl. We will practice a bowl together, so you will leave with an understanding of how the process works.
