Body Art, Boundaries, and the Wheel of Consent

Saturday, August 22nd

10:15 am

Room: Maroon Bells

Consent is a concept most of us understand intellectually and struggle to feel in our bodies. This experiential workshop uses body-safe markers and the Wheel of Consent as a guide to bring consent out of the theoretical and into the body. Part mindfulness, part creative joy, part relational skill-building. No art skills required. No prior consent education required — just a body and a willingness to show up.

This is an invitation to put down what you're carrying and let your body remember what rest feels like.

Ali is a trauma-informed somatic coach and educator specializing in deep shame release, sexual health, kink, queer lifestyles, and guiding people how to create an embodied Self led relationship inside themselves. Their background spans neurodivergence, trauma healing, somatic work, sexual assault recovery, authentic relating, and releasing the relationship escalator. They are deeply passionate about consent and loving boundaries. Their nursing and public health roots keep them grounded in person-centered, dignified care and fierce advocacy for queer elders. As a genderfluid, queer, polyamorous parent, Ali brings love, warmth, lightheartedness, and grounding to every room they enter.
