Navigating relationships can be a lot—especially when you’re balancing overstimulation, sensory needs, and a beautifully neurospicy brain. This presentation is designed specifically for folks on the autism spectrum, as well as their partners (past, present, or future), and explores how feelings of being overwhelmed shows up in connection, communication, and intimacy. We’ll talk about triggers, shutdowns, and misunderstandings without shame, and offer practical tools for setting boundaries, communicating needs, and creating relationships that actually feel good to be in. Expect real talk, useful strategies, and a more compassionate framework for understanding yourself and each other.

Fawn has been teaching Human Sexuality for over 20 years. She has taught in rural areas as well as urban in colleges and universities and has received numerous accolades for her engaging teaching. At conferences all over the country, she presents her own model to explain the sex differentiation that creates males and females and everyone in-between (which is actually most of us). She is a published author, former TV anchor, mom of two adopted kids, and obsessed with Basset Hounds. Her dream is for everyone to have a basic understanding of their own anatomy so they can fully experience pleasure to the greatest extent possible. She desperately wants you to masturbate for your own good.
