Parker McMullen Bushman is a speaker, facilitator, and justice-centered educator whose work sits at the intersections of identity, belonging, culture, and systems change. As founder of Summit For Action and CEO of Ecoinclusive Strategies, Parker has led workshops, keynotes, and learning experiences nationwide on equity, inclusion, queer identity, power, bias, communication, and community transformation.
Parker is a queer, non-binary, polyamorous Black facilitator who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to conversations about relationships, desire, and belonging. Their approach is honest, grounded, and reflective, inviting people into deeper truth-telling about how race, body politics, gender, and queerness shape our lives and connections. Across professional, community, and movement spaces, Parker is committed to helping people build relationships and communities rooted in care, accountability, and liberation.
