General Questions
Do you offer reduced cost tickets or scholarships?
Tickets to all Love Fest Events vary by event type and region. Please reveiw event specific details by visting the events page.
We do offer support for making tickets financially accessible. You can always volunteer and earn discounts for your ticket. Or we have a self-selecting sliding scale ticket upon request. Sliding scale tickets are geared towards financial accessibility for those who need it, particularly folks that are institutionally marginalized (e.g. POC/People of the Global Majority, transgender folx, [dis]abled folks, etc).
Email us at [email protected] to work out a financially feasible ticket price if you need a sliding scale option.
What is your refund policy?
Because we have many non-refundable upfront costs for the conference, we do NOT offer refunds. Tickets may be given or sold to another attendee however. To arrange a ticket transfer, email us the person’s name and email address that you’d like your ticket transferred to.
How can I easily meet others attending Love Fest Events?
We’ve host a Discord Server! You can join different channels to chat with others from our events before, during and afterwards. All schedule changes and other conference announcements will be posted in Discord as well. Figure out things like ride sharing, create meetups, discuss relationships and find resources. Be advised chat is not monitored. (Please email us if you’d like to join the server).
Will there be an ASL interpreter available?
We will provide ASL interpretation upon request. Requests must be received 60 days prior to an event to allow time for arranging interpreters.
Will there be childcare available?
We are currently working with our insurance carrier to facilitate the need.
Please contact us if you require childcare to attend one of our events.Â
Can I earn Continuing Education (CEU) credits at Love Fest Events?
Yes you can! CEU credits at some Love Fest Events are offered through the NBCC board. If you’re unsure whether your state accepts credits from the NBCC, you can check with your state board. Most boards do for masters level therapists, sometimes for psychologists. Make sure to look for the CEU clipboard circulating in CEU workshops to give us your contact info or email us afterwards to receive your CEU certificate, you will not receive a credit without filling this out!
